Don’t show all pages in sidebar.

Thanks so much for this forum, learned a lot. But I still have a prob. How can I manage that some pages (the “static” ones) are not included in the page list. (Analog Problem with categories is solved via plugin.) Just not giving them a title fixes the prob with FF, but IE displays a gap.
