Don't show media uploader widget for image uploading

First, great plugin!

But at the moment I have form where people can edit some fields through front end on my site. It works great but with images / files, when they click “Add image” button, it opens the WordPress core media upload widget. Now I would want just have browse button to upload images. Is this possible? Though I want images eto nd up to WordPress media manager so that I can resize, get the attached to post etc them
