Don’t show “Purged all caches successfully.” message

Hi,

I clean my cache every x hours (and run a warm-up after) with a cron. Whenever I log into WP after it has run I get the toaster/message that all caches have been cleared. (see image).

Is there a way to not show this when a purge has been performed programmatically?

Same goes with the message that a specific url has been purged (programmatically).
