At the moment no, but I plan on adding this as an option to the shortcode generator on the settings page for our next update. Should be next week sometime. Keep you posted!

Alright I have this option in place, I think we are going to release this by next Friday. Just waiting for a few more tweeks and fixes. We also made an option to Hide the Twitter photos on the Twitter Settings page now too. You’ll want to add show_retweets=no to your shortcode. You’ll be able to choose it from the generate shortcode options too, but just wanted to give you the code so you didn’t have to do that ?? Keep you posted.

I have another question, if that’s ok?! I’d like to adjust the layout of the Twitter posts slightly so that the image is before the profile and text entry, what file do I amend and can I place it in my theme folder so my chances aren’t lost on plugin updates?

That one you would have to edit the core files for and then you would lose those changes each update. This plugin is not like a theme where you can just make adjustments in a child template or anything unfortunately.
