Don't show stars in Google

i read that google isnt guaranteed to publish star ratings.
not sure if thats true or not.

the other thing would be, how long did you wait?
did you see stars before in results and now they are not there?

explain a bit im curious.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, I also see that Google doesn’t show star ratings sometimes.

It never appear on search results : whether just after the release as soon as it is referenced, or one week later, one month later…
But before, just after installed the plugin, it was good.

I also look in Google webmasters tools, and when I explore a page like Google, it’s OK : stars are presents.

So I don’t know why in search results they don’t appear, whereas for other websites it’s OK… Strange.
