• Dear Fastest cache creator,

We have a big problem with our website: we are overwriting the articles because the back-end isn’t updated.

Just for example, we see a number of articles and comments that are not real. Indeed, when we update the page, we see the correct numbers of articles and comments.

At the same time, when we go to the articles section, we don’t see the last articles if we don’t update the page. When we create a new article, it takes the same id number of last article!

When we publish an article, we can see the new homepage just from “incognito mode”.

I have the flag on all the free option except for preload.

I hope that you could help me.

    Kind regards,

    Giovan Giuseppe

do you mean that the cache is not deleted after new post?

    Thank you for kind reply.

However it means that my backend doesn’t work properly.

Just for example I don’t see the last articles if I don’t refresh the page.

    At first load:
    My backend at first load

    After refresh:
    My Back-end after refresh

When I publish an article, I don’t see it in my browser
    My browser after a publication

I see it from “incognito mode”
    Home from incognito mode

I don’t understand why the first image is changed: it shows a screen with 1633 articles.

Make sure that your web server doesn’t cache anything. I have seen some Nginx cache leading to a similar issue.

I agree with @hungpham. First you should be sure that the cache is not deleted. you should check it via FTP and check the folder which is /wp-content/cache/all/

The cache of Wp Fastest cache works properly, but I don’t understand where is the problem.

Sometimes “browser cache” prevents from seeing the new changes. You should try it via another browsers.

Yes, I can change browser but the same problem recurs when a cache is created in the new browser.
