It means, that once you upgrade the subscription you choose the billing cycle – yearly or monthly and the charge is collected accordingly. I’m sorry if there was any misunderstanding.     Sorry. But no. You can give a refund! You choose not to. Because you are greedy. Terrible customer service and sub-par application. Not a good company and I am going to continue to leave bad reviews and am going to put it on my YouTube channel and start my campaign to let everyone on Discord, X, Facebook, Instagram, threads, and all of the social media sites that I can. I will use the money you have stolen from me and turn that into hours of bad mouthing your company for being crooks! A simple we can refund you the fee is all that was needed. I hate you service and your application is not worth your price and you know it!
