Don’t throw warnings on taxonomies when not enabled

    Really enjoying MightyShare overall, and looking forward to more features around customization of the templates.

    Encountered a minor issue that I wanted to raise. I only have Mightshare enabled on Pages and Posts currently. But when navigating to a Taxonomy like Categories or Tags, it displays a warning.

    Running version Version 1.3.4
