Don’t touch this if you aren’t technically-inclined

The documentation sucks and that explainer video is WAY out of date — like several versions ago. Looks like many of the features shown in the video are now part of the pro version, which happens, but at least change the record so people know what they are actually getting now and can decide if they want to invest the time.
