    Hi @blackstar1991,

    Thanks for reaching out!

You can translate sub-labels using the Loco Translate plugin. For step-by-step guidance, check out our guide here: Translating WPForms Into a Different Language.

Here’s a screenshot for reference. After translating the “First” and “Last” strings, make sure to click the Save button, followed by the Sync button.

If the changes don’t appear immediately, try clearing your site cache and check again.

I hope this helps! If you have any additional questions, feel welcome to reach out.

    @rsouzaam Hi Ralden Souza

In my version of plugin I have 100% translate all fields to Spanish (Spain)?Updated:?January 24, 2025 8:34 am?–?100% translated,?But I don’t have these words into Dictionary.

    WPForms Lite?wpforms-lite-es_ES.po (other)?

    WPForms?/ wpforms-es_ES.po (other)?

I don’t know why Loco Translate show me 2 version of plugin. But in Plugins I see only one https://monosnap.com/file/Wlr6bAYmxW32i4ADbDxopvQ9ekkr1F

Can you create a request for developers to add all these words as dictionary fields? _e('First') _e('Last') etc. and others ?

    Thanks

    Hi @blackstar1991,

    Thanks for letting me know!

I created this screencast to demonstrate where to translate the “First” and “Last” sub-labels using Loco Translate.

Regarding your question: “I don’t know why Loco Translate shows me 2 versions of the plugin.” Yes, Loco Translate will display two sections, WPForms Lite and WPForms, under Loco Translate ? Plugins ? WPForms, when using the WPForms Pro plugin (our paid version) on your site. The WPForms Lite section contains strings available in both WPForms Lite and WPForms Pro, while the WPForms section contains strings available only in the paid version of WPForms.

    I hope this helps!

Please note that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.ads-software.com support forums for the free version. If you need assistance with the paid version of WPForms on your site, please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard. Our support team will be happy to assist you further.

    Thanks!

Thank you for such a detailed answer.

I double-checked the plugin and found out that the “First” and “Second” fields are not translated for old forms…. https://monosnap.com/file/kypkpYaBaM1oyMM0u3zVEd7Cb0OKcQ If I create a new form, it translates as it should. https://monosnap.com/file/cB5qAHjyWqnMgFWpM0NC0KSubu8uFQ but only in the admin area https://monosnap.com/file/TdmQhZwkgFrtQBO7gRVxTEUxb79XfI

    Hi @blackstar1991,

Thanks for sharing the screenshots, and this issue is unexpected.

If the “First” and “Last” strings were translated in Loco Translate and you clicked the Sync button, those strings should appear translated on the front end. I recommend purging your site cache to ensure the issue isn’t due to caching.

If the issue persists after clicking the Sync button and purging the site cache, since you’re using the paid version of WPForms, please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard. Our support team will be happy to assist you further.

    Thanks!
