Don’t understand error

  • I’m getting the following error in Admin and don’t know what to do to fix it. Please Help!

    An error occurred: Error refreshing the OAuth2 token, message: ‘{ “error” : “invalid_grant”, “error_description” : “Invalid JWT: Token must be a short-lived token (60 minutes) and in a reasonable timeframe. Check your iat and exp values and use a clock with skew to account for clock differences between systems.” }’. Your settings could not be saved.

    I’m getting a different error now:

    An error occurred: Unable to parse the p12 file. Is this a .p12 file? Is the password correct? OpenSSL error: error:0D0680A8:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_CHECK_TLEN:wrong tag. Your settings could not be saved.
