Don't Understand. Need Instructions

Do you have instructions posted some were for this plugin. I’m trying to send blog post from https://smartofficehelp.com to a subdomain https://vip.smartofficehelp.com . Don’t really understand the settings. When I first put the sub-domain in it authenticated. When I went out of the page and came back, there was nothing there. All the fields were blank. I tried again and the information instantly disappeared. Help.
