Dont Use This Plugin

  • This Plugin will send your users to the developers affiliate account on Amazon if you dont have an Amazon affiliate account for the country your user is located. Its a huge money making plugin for the developer and you’ll be better off making an account with Amazon in the different local sites.

    This is clearly (and more accurately) explained in the plugin description, readme file, web page and installation instructions:

    “Disclosure: If you don’t have an affiliate account with one of the Amazon countries and leave its setting blank, the script will use mine. It’ll never overwrite your affiliate IDs though, so don’t worry – you’ll never lose any revenue.”

    I’m not quite sure what the problem is? Why have you rated one star – did the plugin not work as described for you?

    I guess I don’t have a problem with a developer trying to make a living off of a free plugin that otherwise works. Developers ought to be rewarded for their time, too. If it were a paid plugin, that would be different.
