Don’t want emails

    Hi. I apologize if this has been addressed before but I didn’t see it anywhere.

    I am receiving an email every time a new user registers. How can I turn this off?

    …yoursite…/wp-admin/options-discussion.php (Options –> Discussion) then uncheck the boxes after “E-mail me whenever:”.

    Hi. Um, I only see “Anyone posts a comment” and “A comment is held for moderation” under “E-mail me whenever.”

    Not sure how you could set WP to stop emailing you when people register, but you could set up your mail program to filter “new user” emails to a specific folder, or delete them.
