• When I receive an e-mail with all the information that my customer has filled out — I don’t want to see the MIME information (see below)that shows up. How can I design the form to take keep this information out of my e-mail? Thanks in advance for helping!

    MIME-Version: 1.0
    Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
    Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

How have you set up mail?

@ndfightingsue there is something wrong with the mail setup on your site. the information you have posted should be in the message headers, not the message body. have you installed a message-related plugin besides Contact Form 7? Something that might interfere with the way messages are created?

Yes, due to the conflict that I am having with one of my plug-ins the name and e-mail address will not appear in the MESSAGE HEADER so I have to put it in the MESSAGE BODY. I am testing to figure out which plug-in may be causing my problem and haven’t figured it out.

I didn’t get an answer to deleting the MIME information so I’m assuming that can not be taken out? Let me know if there is a way. Thanks!

You see “MIME-Version: 1.0” line in message body of mail because something is inserting a blank line just before it. A blank line means the separator between headers and message body so the header lines are incorrectly placed to the message body part.
