i dont want whitelisted host to trigger a lockout condition

i ve set up : Allow 5 failed attempts (then punish for 30 min) for all my users however i would like to allow 1 IP address (on my whitelisted list) to have as many failed attempts as possible

how could i do that?

to make it cleared, i want all IPs except the IP on my whitelist to be punished after 5 failed attemps
