Don’t waste your money on “Expert” services
-
The plug in works fine, I guess, but what’s disturbing is the lack of security in the “Hire an Expert” service email practices. Everyone in today’s business world has is driven into our heads that you don’t send sensitive information to a generic “support@” type email address. Their communication was amateurish at best and certainly not anything that would inspire confidence. After paying my money and getting the first email, I responded saying I was unclear what they needed and where to send it – hinting I was uncomfortable with a generic email. The response came back a while later, still saying it was to be sent to the “support@ email. Sorry, No. It’s bad enough taking something like this to email instead of a live chat, but I’ve worked help desks for the past 9 years, and the generic email address is NOT something I would EVER send login credentials to… Finally, I figured out my problem and fixed it myself, too bad not before wasting my money. If this sounds scathing, so be it, but security is supposed to be their thing, but their practices say otherwise.
