After 2 weeks of using the FREE version their customer support sends you this email advising you to upload a TXT file for the plugin to work better.
The catch is in order to upload this file you MUST pay a subscription to WP FILE Admin.
The customer support for this plugin is a bit frustrating to deal with.
However the CEO personally reached out to offer his assistance and to resolve.
