• Don’t send restock emails

    EDIT: I change Background Process Engine from Default to Woocommerce, now works.

    Hello there,

    There are many reason behind fail to send restock email.

    Please try to troubleshoot the issue in detail
    1. Try change background process engine to woocommerce(repeat the process) instead of default to see it helps.
    2. Check Manual sending instock email works?
    3. We record the log of each activity behind sending email, so we strongly suggest you to check the log recorded in WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> Top right side drop-down check any log with prefix of back-in-stock-notifier with latest date, that will have more details about the issue.
    4. Sometimes issue may arise because of conflict between plugins, we suggest you to try (just for testing) deactivate all other plugins except Woocommerce and our Plugin to see it works in any way?

    If our plugin works after trying troubleshoot steps, do consider to change the review.
