The user’s server does not meet the necessary performance requirements, and he cannot synchronize with our system.
He has been informed that the plugin is working correctly, but his server is working poorly and cannot process the necessary information. We suggested switching to a different server.
We think that it is not a realistic opinion saying “I paid for nothing”, when the plugin is free and, when purchasing our services on our website, customers are informed thoroughly of the server requirements.
That’s why we ask to review this kind of feedback because it’s misleading, the plugin it’s working perfectly.
