Don't work anymore, icon missing in the toolbar

Hello,

I installed the plugin and it worked for a few days. But today, the plugin Column icon is missing in the toolbar in the wordpress editor.

I use WordPress 4.0.1 so maybe this is the problem ? Can you please let us know when the plugin will be updated ?
It worked very well and it was just awsome to use it.
