Don’t work downloads from several browsers

    Hello I have a problem with the downloads from several browsers, they do not work from opera, from internet explorer and Mozila …. how can I solve it?

    I have combined the download once the form has been filled and in Chrome it works well.
    [email-download download_id = “12114” contact_form_id = “12300”]

    but don’t work in others browsers

    Please note that “Email Before Download” is not created by us. Please contact their developer for support.

    If you want to make sure it’s not our plugin that is causing the issue, then disable “Email Before Download” and create a new standard download for testing.
