• Hello,

I have installed the module and it does not work properly in MultiSite. Each administrator in MultiSite can set its own name for chat is working correctly. But when we go to the tab “agents” to appoint an agent, we see here all administrators MultiSite, but should only see the administrator and users of this particular site but not all admins of MultiSite install. So this is a serious bug plugin and it is in serious violation of security. Here is another serious bug: if one user in the system MultiSite on its website chooses agent in the plugin settings, this agent is selected for ALL sites in MultiSite. And it is also a very big bug. I think your plugin makes incorrect queries to the database, because of this, there are problems in the operation of the plug-in for MultiSite. So now the plugin unusable in MultiSite, although a people who use MultiSite very much. May be you have some hot fix to resolve this problem? Please help to resolve these issues – I think it will be a lot of people very helpful.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll put a warning in the documentation about Multi-Site issues. Currently, I don’t have time to extend Lively to support Multi-Site, but I would be happy to merge in the required code if someone were to supply it.

    Thanks.
