Don't work with active plug in Theme My Login

    For reproduce the issue:

    After activating Theme my login is necessary to go on Widget and put the theme my login in the widget.

    So if you now try to log in not from wp-login.php but from the widget of theme my login, is loaded a blank page. This append because the link are different.. If you need some more info i’m here.

    I hope can be a solution for a fix. Great plug in!
    I don’t like to see google Autenticator field under password field

    I have the same problem, here is the error I get when I try to log in using Theme My Login plugin.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function login_header() in /home/user/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-authenticator-per-user-prompt/views/token-prompt.php on line 1
