I use this plugin and in simple products it does not give any problem. However, in variable products it does not generate the back in stock notification via email.

    What’s happen???

Ok, I could observe that it works when someone signs up on the waiting list for a particular variable.
However, I have a product with no variables added and no stock. And I want to be able to keep adding variables (in this case, they are available dates for an event) and be notified that a new variable is available.
    Is this possible?
    Thanks

Hi @mlcshop, please make sure that you have enabled the “manage stock” option for each variation, only then the stock alert form will be visible for that variation.

    Please do keep us posted.

    Hi! Thanks
I don’t want the form for every variation exactly. I mean, if I have a product of an activity, for example “candle workshop”, and the form appears. People sign up. And then it alerts them when I add a variable with a specific date (I would like to add variables as I know the dates). is that possible?

    Hi @mlcshop,

Let me make sure I understand correctly:

    • The user selects a variation that is out of stock.
    • They sign up to be notified when that variation is available.
    • If you later add another variation with a specific date, you want to send them a new email about that variation.

If this is the flow you’re looking for, it’s not currently supported. However, you can implement this with custom code.

    Hi!
Yes, well, or simply that the user does not select the variation, but subscribes to the product in total (without choosing variation). And notify him/her when a new variation is available.

I understand that it is very specific. I don’t know how to do it with custom code. Thank you very much anyway for replying
