Dont working this plugin

  • Hi! I installed this plugin, dont working filtering. Only working price filter. I use one attribute – country, have 3 values. The situation is simple. Site = https://tour.pomaz.biz/, value ul.products changed on div.products, nothing. I can give ftp-access. Thanks you for help!

    Hi,

    If price filter is working as it should plugin is working ok. There is some issue with your configuration.

    There are 2 options to add attribute: global and local(to the product). Can you check please that you use global attribute(the one you created in admin->Products->Attributes) in your products?

    I checked, the global attribute COUNTRY exists. Also he added locally in two goods.

    Дима, добрый день! Прошу прощения, что беспокоил, уже сам разобрался. Надо было решить проблему быстро. Нюанс был в том, что названия локальных отрибутов (в товарах) задавал на русском, как только задал как классические идентификаторы все заработало. Единственное но – нет возможности задать одно из полей фильтрации как календарь?
