don't works subscribe_reloaded_show()

and shortcode [subscribe-url] dosn’t work

and “subscribe without commenting” not work

I am in the process of fixing this, will be ready soon.

As for the Subscribe withour commenting issue, it is solve on the latest version 160116 that I released a couple of hours.
