DOP currency is not supported

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the DOP currency on Facebook.

Looking at Facebook’s supported currencies, it seems the Dominican Peso (DOP) is not supported for Meta Ads. You can find more information here.

However, you can try to switch to a supported currency as described here (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) to connect and then changing it back afterwards. Be sure to have a full site backup before making any changes in your site.

Please try this and let us know how it goes.

Ok, thanks, it worked by temporarily changing the currency to $USD and after connection to $DOP again.
