    Customers dont get any email after purchasing. Tested it by creating a couple orders myself but never got reminder emails. Got 0 reviews after catering >100 orders.

    Hi @shreyans94,
    it seems the schedule table is missing.
    Could you check in your database with phpMyAdmin (or similar system) if the tables ywrr_email_blocklist and ywrr_email_schedule exist?

    If they don’t exist follow these steps:
    – deactivate the plugin;
    – from phpMyAdmin (or similar system) search in the options table for the option ywrr_db_version and delete it;
    – reactivate the plugin;
    – check if the tables were correctly created.

    Hi @shreyans94,
    then probably the Cron is not set. You can set it by deactivating and reactivating the plugin. You can check if the emails are started if in the table wp_ywrr_email_schedule each record in the status column has the value “Sent”
