Dosen’t Work, NO Help from Afterpay

  • I have been using Afterpay for approx 1 year on my website and all has been fine. The latest version however broke the menu bar on my website and so no one was able to navigate, I know its the afterpay plugin because when I deactivate my menu bar works fine.

    I reached out to Afterpay support approx 3 weeks ago and they requested my store login details which I gladly gave them, since then I have heard nothing from them. I’ve called them and I’ve emailed them 3-4 times and have had Zero reply back from them.

    Pretty disappointed coming from a professional company.

    Thank you for your review. Our sincere apologies for the long wait.

    The issue has been investigated and resolved today. The menu bar was broken due to an error in a minified JavaScript file which was generated by a third party plugin called WP Rocket. It has a warning ‘This could break things!‘ on its Minify Javascript files feature. The team has disabled that feature, and problem solved.
