The situation is now worse – the document won’t even load into the Mammoth pre viewer – previously it would load there then not load to the Editor. Now it won’t load at all.

What behaviour are you seeing? Does nothing at all happen when you select a document?

What browser are you using? Do you get the issue in other browsers?

Have you tried loading other documents?

If you open the Developer Tools in F12, open the “Console” tab, and then try loading a document, do you see any other errors?

Do you get the same issue if you disable any other plugins or use a default theme?

Correct – nothing happens. The Doc name populates in the “Select docx file:” dialogue and that is it.

IE11 – get this result.
Google Chrome – works! ie can load in document and get it into the editor.

Appears 5 times.

Not tried as seems to be IE11 issue?

Thanks for the answers. I don’t have an instance of IE11 I can test with right now, but in the meantime I’d suggest using a different browser instead.

I am seeing the IE11 issue as well–nothing happens when selecting a file. So, adding my name to the list so I can see updates when this gets fixed.
