    Hello @joni54321

Do you have a font in the admin panel in the template that correctly displays Lithuanian characters? Does the problem only occur in the PDF?

Please provide a version of which plugins you are using in the store, WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP.

    Best regards

    Hello. Im currently using version 1.6.6 https://i.imgur.com/6zVh35Y.png . WordPress vesion 6.0.1 , WooCommerce 3.0.11 , PHP 7.4.
The problem occurs in pdf message. The name part in previous picture is a shortcode for Recipient name that you add at the product page, all othe parts is from background. I made a template with real letters and the pdf looks like this https://i.imgur.com/4b0kRRe.png . While building the template it displays the charecters corectly though https://i.imgur.com/AHxh6g9.png

    Hello @joni54321

Are you sure you are using WooCommerce version 3.0.11? The official WooCommerce changelog does not state such a version. If this is the case, do you have the ability to update WooCommerce to the latest version 6.7 and then check if the problem no longer exists?

    Best regards

Thank you for your patience and forgive me for waiting all day to respond. I had to consult the problem with the developer. We still have an additional question. Please tell us which font you are using in our editor?

    Hello @joni54321

    Thank you for your confirmation.

Definitely you should change Lato font. It does not support Lithuanian characters. Try with another one, surely Open Sans will do the job.

If you have any questions, I will gladly help you!

    Best regards,
