Double “about me” on the profile page

  • Hi all

    On the users profile page there is a section at the top where it says “tell us a bit about yourself” once this is populated it appears twice on the profile page.

    I am happy to either remove the about me section all together or have it only appear once.

    How could I achieve this please

    Hi @woody565

    Go to Ultimate Member > Settings > Appearance > Profile then uncheck the “Show user description in header”

    Thanks for the reply,

    this was already unchecked, I tried checking it and applying the setting then unchecking it again and applying it.

    Unfortunately it is still there

    Has anyone got any idea how to get rid of the second about me section.

    Ideally I would like to keep the feature but get rid of the repeat. I have tried the solution recommended above but it didnt work.
