    I’ve just discovered that the plugin is saving backups to the server, which is a direct violation of my provider’s TOS. We have the plugin authenticated elsewhere, so we are unsure as to why this is occurring. Please advise.

    Hi,

    It sounds like the backups are failing partway.

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    The log looks normal. The backups are created on the disk, sent to Dropbox, and then the disk copy is removed. This is how the system works, necessarily – Dropbox don’t have an API for constructing a zip file at their end, bit-by-bit; so, it has to be created, sent, deleted.
