“Double booking = no ” Not Working :-(

    Hi, good afternoon. First of all thank you very much for the help.

    I have the “Event manager” plugins installed on the page and the configuration “Double booking = No” not working. I can reserve my place 1, 2, 3 times. I need that the reservation is only 1 time

    Hello,

    The reason that you could probably book multiple times event when Allow Double Booking = No is because the Booking Status of your previous booking is currently set to Pending.

    You could try and enable the setting “Reserved unconfirmed spaces?” to yes which can be found under Events > Settings > Bookings. This would set that any Pending bookings would be counted.
