    Hi, I have a question to the support of the Salon Booking System and to the users of this system.

    I’m using the Salon Booking System and noticed that one and the same assistant can be booked double, triple or more at the same date and time slot. This is for me an unwanted feature because it requires much time of handling to call up the customers and try to reschedule them.

    For me, when an assistant is booked at a certain date and time then nobody else should be able to book that same time slot for that same assistant again. Unfortunately the system does not prevent that, so I get double and triple bookings for any assistant. Hence, when a customer selects an assistant then the system should show, to the customer who is making a new booking, only the free time slots of that assistant OR as a friendly option give the customer the opportunity to book the same time slot but then choose another (free) assistant.

    Does anyone know how to prevent the system showing already booked time slots (per assistant)? I cannot find it in the settings. To me it is a bug in the System. Support, can you please look into this?

    Hi,

    by default, our plugin prevents multiple bookings for the same assistant on a given date/time slot from front-end booking form, unless you have activated the “multiple customers” options.

    If this is not your case, and you have double verified that, please share a video using this tool:

    Hi,

    Is “multiple customers” the same as “Customers per session”? If so, then setting this does not resolve the issue. I have 3 assistants and 3 chairs, all assistants can do all expertise available. So according to the manual I should set this to 3. However, this does not work for each assistant separately when making a booking. When a customer selects an assistant then the time slots do not correspond to the time slot of that particular assistant. So that assistant can booked multiple times in the same time slot.

    If it is not the same then can you please refer me where I can find this setting “multiple customers”?

    Hi, I have found the “multiple customers” setting and set it off for the assistant. I’ll check if this solves the issue.
