Double charged shipping

    I have several shipping classes set up per region that I ship to. Each shipping class contains several products and customers can buy products from several shipping classes in one order. However, I want them to only pay shipping once, and therefore I set up the calculation type within the shipping zone flat rate settings as ‘per order; charge shipping for the most expensive shipping class’.

    It doesnt work though, customers still have to pay double at checkout which I something I Want to prevent at all times.. What could be the problem?

    Hi @platfrmeu,

    Taking a look at your site, it seems that the shipping costs are added per vendor rather than per product class. I took a screenshot for reference: https://snipboard.io/FD6i1X.jpg
    However, to check further, kindly share two products by the same vendor but in different shipping classes as well as a screenshot of the flat rate method settings.

    * If the issue is the multiple shipping costs per vendor, you’d be best placed contacting to the multivendor plugin author on how to consolidate shipping costs
