Double Checkbox on Signup Page

Hi, on https://www.gooloo.de/wp-login.php?action=register there is a Checkbox, that i didn’t add. A User on Reddit told me, that this is due to your plugin (Heateor Social Login).
I use german, so it doesn’t make sense, that it’s in english. Also, the provided Link to the “Terms of Use” redirect to https://www.gooloo.de/tos, which is a site, that doesn’t exist. My Terms are on https://www.gooloo.de/nutzungsbedingungen. Help?
