    Hello there!
So I have been using astra for 2 months with 0 problems. Recently, the wp 5.5 update came in, I migrated my site to new host, upgraded php to 7.4 from 7.3, and am now on a lite speed web server <<< These things created a lot of problems for me and I had to solve them one by one.
Now, the present problem is: the astra comments function is showing two comment box for those who are logged in, while it shows the as usual 1 comment box for the non logged in visitors. How to solve this? I am temporarily using the Jetpack’s Comment box feature. If you need, I will take my website to that double comment box state.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @mdashfakfaysal,

Astra doesn’t manage the comment section, WordPress does it. So, probably there’s a plugin that causes the issue.
    ?
?You can find the plugin that causes the issue by deactivating all the plugins temporarily. If it solves the issue, then please reactivate the plugins one by one until you find which plugin is causing the problem.
    ?
?I hope that will help. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any further queries.

    ??Kind regards,
    ?Herman ??

Yeah I found out that. Thanks for responding. Litespeed Cache Plugin was causing the problem, ESI caching causes that. Fixed it now!

Good to know that you have figured it out, @mdashfakfaysal!

?Do let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

??Have a nice day and stay safe!

    ??Kind regards,
