    Hello,

I’ve been using your free plugin for a few months. Everything works great, but I’ve recently noticed that sometimes when a customer buys 1 product, Google Analytics shows they bought 2. The conversion statistics are all wrong because of that.

    My site is ottavianobiella.it

I know the free version of the plugin doesn’t officially support child themes, but my child theme has no personalizations at all (it just loads the original Flatsome theme with absolutely zero modifications). I’ve been using it for months and the bug only started to happen a few weeks ago. I didn’t change anything on my site.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to us!

This one is strange. Our plugin is designed to send the transactions only once & as you have mentioned, it was working fine but the issue started a few weeks ago so there might be some other conflicts will be there because we haven’t done any releases since 2 months so not possible to have the issue with the plugin version.

Are there any particular products for which you are getting duplication in a transaction? or it’s random?

    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi,

Thank you for your quick reply.

It might possibly be the new plugin version, as I didn’t update it immediately after the release.

The bug seems completely random. Most of my clients order 1 product on each order, and sometimes Analytics shows 2. I’m trying to find out a possible relation between the bugged orders. No luck so far.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the response!

New version is tested from each & every aspect & it is working perfectly. Even not received the same query from any other clients.

This is the matter of the investigation of the code from the backend & data in GA to find the exact culprit.

    Thanks & Regards,
