    Hi!

    I’m using YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards (free).

    I set everything up and created the product sheet for the Gift Voucher (Virtual).
    I tried to buy a gift voucher (100€) but a duplicate one with a zero value is automatically activated in my cart.

    Furthermore, in the checkout, the exact discount code appears (the one for the recipient) and another discount code appears under my name (the person who made the payment of the voucher) and it shouldn’t be there!

    I also have a second scenario: I choose the amount €100 and a €100 voucher and a €25 voucher are automatically added to the cart.
    Is there any bug?

    Hello there,
    thanks for contacting us!

    I just tried what you mentioned locally but it works fine in my case. I recommend you to perform the following tests:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2024.
    • leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.

    Could you check it, please?
