Double Custom Statuses

  • Hi!
    when I create a custom status in advanced setting, two identical statuses get created. and when I delete/modify ONE, they both get deleted/modified. but in ticketing section they both appear as statuses.
    what to do?! my PHP version is 7 and wordpress is 4.7.2

    This issue is not reported by any users.
    We have added this in our bug list. We will try to reproduce this bug at our end to plan for fix in future version of WP Support Plus.
