    complementary info:

    In the storesettings > presentation >

    Show Product Filters is off….! When it is on the filters appears between the two dot-lines…!!

    Could you please share me the screenshot of the problem you are having by by uploading the screenshot on any image sharing website like https://imgur.com/ and sharing its unique URL here?

    Please make sure to use latest version of MarketPress – WordPress eCommerce plugin.

    Are you facing the same problem after deactivating all other plugins and using default WordPress theme like Twenty Twelve?
