Double email confirmation – how to turn off

  • Hi,

    I’ve noticed that recently 2 new fields have been added to magic action box and I cannot find a way to turn them off. See screenshot:

    (open the image in a new tab as it doesn’t seem to display properly)

    The text field description is too long to read, so it’s going to confuse subscribers. Also, the checkbox has no label, so no idea what it is for?

    How do I turn these off?

    I want name and email only.
