Double email notification

  • Hi,

    Thank you very much for the great plugin, my only question is that how can I remove the standard WordPress user welcome notification email?

    It is bloced in the settings menu, but in vain, the user receive it at the new registration.

    Are you using any other membership plugin or one that interferes with user accounts? Probably this one is sending the email, out of the standard WordPress flow.

    Great plugin ! I have the same question. And I am not using any other membership plugin. It seems to be wordpress default notification which is still enabled instead of being bypassed by your notification.

    The “Email me whenever anyone post a comment” option is unchecked in the wordpress comment setting page but it has no effect.

    Hey, we’ve tested this lately on a clean WordPress installation and it works as expected. There must be something that triggers that additional email, not the WordPress way.

    The only thing to do would be to disable all the plugins except the Notification, and then test that email enabling them one by one to see which one is causing the issue. It might also be caused by the theme.
