    Hi,

    we are facing double emails sending for the Reset Password Email template.

    We have a WP multisite instance. We have enabled it on the main site and configured it properly. When a user tries to ask for a Reset Password setting his email address, user seems to receive 2 emails. The WP default one + EmailKit configured one.

    How can I solve this issue?

    We have also tried activating the Plugin as Network Active just in case, but having same double email issue.

    In our tests, EmailKit works perfectly in single-site setups without sending duplicate emails.
    However, in your specific multisite setup, it’s possible that the default WordPress email isn’t being overridden due to configuration or compatibility issues. As a workaround, could you please stop the default email sending from WordPress to using the Relevant plugin?

    To investigate further, could you please share the following details?

    • Your current configuration settings in EmailKit.
    • The theme you are using.
    • Any email-related plugins installed on your multisite instance.
