    It’s not always, but intermittent. I did wonder about page refresh, but you mentioned in another post that your plugin should not cause this on page refresh and that particular instance was due to using an additional plugin of some kind, which caused that issue.

    Thank you for writing to us!

    There is no other analytics tracking enabled on your store & it does not happen every time so there might be an issue with the variable products & it’s variations. Additionally, you are using child theme on your store.

    As we mentioned in the description & FAQs of our plugin,

    • The free version of our plugin doesn’t track product types other than Simple Product.
    • The free version is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.
