    the faq is showing up twice. i checked the page code and the -ultimate-faqs- tag is only listed once.

    Hello Sixfoot,

    According to the HTML source code, you have two sets of the “ewd-ufaq-faq-list” element on that page, and that is why you are seeing your FAQs twice. Here’s a screenshot for your reference: https://ibb.co/7z7mhwT.

    Could you verify that you only have 1 [ultimate-faqs] shortcode or block on that page and see if that makes a difference?

    Alternatively, it could be that you set that page for the “FAQ Page” option (in the Basic area of the Settings page) and then also put the shortcode/block on it. Only one of those is necessary.

    If the changes are not immediately visible on the front-end, it could be that you have some sort of caching going. If you are using a caching plugin, please clear your cache and then view your page.

    you got it! i did have the page set for faq page and did also manually put in the shortcode. once I removed the shortcode, it wasn’t doubled! thanks!
