Have you tried a conflict test to see if this doubling is coming from your theme or perhaps another plugin? Try that and report back. Also, please let me know the version of BD you have as well.

I tried shutting down the plugins and switched to 2013 theme and still have the issue. See screenshot with the 2013 theme. Let me know if you want login info to my site to have a look around to see if you can find the problem. Thanks
