Double form on post edit after upgrade to 5.1.1

Hello,

after upgrade to WordPress 5.1.1 on post edit I have two ACF forms.
On first one the fields are in messed order and some of them are missing.
On second one field are in correct order and in all number.

On previous posts fields are populated but 1st one is missing some fields.
On new posts when 2nd form is populated than on published posts some fields are not showing. I have to populate 1st form to fields to be shown on published posts.

Can you please help me how to solve this issue?
